Woofing Wild have been working with our Westie for about 9 months now. He’s now 18 months old and has made great progress in that time. He absolutely adores seeing Elsa and her beautiful dog, Coco. Elsa has given us lots of useful advice and we feel reassured knowing that he’s well looked after and having lots of fun when he’s with her. We look forward to working with Elsa and Coco in 2020 and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring dog walker who will give their dog lots of love and attention.

We have been using Woofing Wild for several months now and it’s been a very useful service. Our beloved Peri is a handful and even aged 13, gives people a run for their money. I have always felt very apprehensive (precious) about using a dog walker, but Elsa has been very reassuring and Peri loves his regular outings. On her first home visit, Peri jumped straight on her lap; I have always been a firm believer that dogs have a great sense of judgement. Elsa is trustworthy, gives me regular updates and I love seeing all the social media posts of not only Peri, but the other regulars too. They always look so happy. Mental Mutts are flexible and offer a range of services. A great local company who we should support. I hope to use their services for many years to come!-Gemma

I first met Elsa in our local park when she was training a Cockerpoo really well (music to my ears!) it caught my eye as I thought she was the owner. I had just moved to Hitchin and didn’t know anyone and was struggling to find and trust dog walkers in the local area. I was in the midst of training my 6 month old Cavapoo and I felt I really wanted a walker to continue this throughout the week for me who could build a relationship with to trust and rely on. Otherwise what was the point?! I had been let down a fair few times and really needed a walker to rely on for regular, flexible walks that are engaging and continuing my training I was trying (and spending) so much on. Elsa reassured me that her walks were measured by training and that this always came first as well as making sure they have fun play time with all the other local dogs!A year on, Ronnie has come on so much, great on lead, much stronger recall and super social, now having a pack of around 10 local ‘dog friends’ who he sees throughout the week. I know I can sometimes work those long hours in London and Elsa has taken him for a good run around! She is also used to being super flexible with me as my schedule does change and she is super happy to accomodate and drop in if I need her to as and when.Always recommending Elsa with 5* to anyone who needs a reliable, fun dog walker who will also fall in love with your puppy herself!

My fiancé and I recently got our nala, our first puppy of our own. She is a kelpie X collie and without the help of the amazing Elsa I think we would have struggled a lot! So many great tips and training advice and all out of kindness for Nala and ourselves. We couldn’t give a better review for Elsa. She has helped us already and I can’t wait to start her puppy classes in September. If her pooches are anything to go by you should all take her advice immediately! She cares so much about our furry friends having the best life they can and that is the most important thing

This is a bit overdue, but I have to say how impressed I was with Elsa's poistive training methods. I have a rescue terrior, Molly, who has always been reactive, particularly with other dogs. With Elsa's help & reactive training Molly is now doing so much better! we have even managed to walk past a couple of crazy little Jack Russell's off lead, Molly just watched me the whole time & not even a grumble, I'm so proud of her! It's been a long road getting her to this point & as she's almost 8 now, I know I need to be persistent with the methods Elsa showed me but I can't thank her enough for her advice & support getting me & my fur baby to this point!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Elsa for the fabulously fun adolescent dog training classes Stanley has been attending. We’ve learned so much from you. You are a breath of fresh air in comparison to a previous trainer I’ve used.Stanley is the second of my 3 dogs I’ve brought to you and I’ll be back when I eventually get my fourth. In the meantime I can’t wait to enroll Stanley into the next class for Adult dogs, so you haven’t seen the last of him yet.

We have just completed a 6 week puppy course, we have loved every second. Our puppy has come on leaps and bounds since meeting Elsa, she knows basic comands, more advanced tricks and her recall and lose lead walking is brilliant, this is all down the the training from Woofing Wild. Elsa has trained us just as much as she has trained our puppy. Thanks Elsa, we will miss our little group! We will definitely recommend you to family and friends!

We've just completed a 6 week puppy class and thanks to Elsa's help and knowledge our puppy who was scared of her own shadow has built her confidence and even showed interest in the other puppies by the last class! Elsa has always been there for any questions we have and always taken the time to discuss our worries or frustrations. I highly recommend Woofing Wild for your training needs, our puppy is a happier and more confident puppy since she started 6 weeks ago

After 6 weeks of puppy training not only has my little fur baby learned many new skills but I am much better equipped to continue to train him with positive techniques that I can apply every day. Elsa has been wonderful, providing a structured incremental course with excellent communication before and after each class. Our classmates were also all lovely ! I really look forward to our next steps. Thanks Elsa!

We have used Elsa after being let down by other dog walkers and puppy trainers, after they promised the world and couldn’t deliver. She has been exemplary with our boy, andhelped us effortlessly with both training and dog walking.Sometimes at the last minute from our side. She has NEVER walked our boy for less than the time she has allotted us, and we have absolutely no complaints. As I said, an excellent dog trainer and walker, with a huge amount of integrity

When we brought home our farm born border collie, Tilly, last October I was rather overwhelmed, and lacked confidence in how to deal with her. She had started displaying resource guarding behaviour and I didn’t know how to tackle it. After three one to one sessions and a puppy training course with Woofing Wild, I now have a happy puppy and we both have so much more confidence in all sorts of scenarios. Elsa was fantastic in recommending basic changes to Tillys routine and training. I can’t recommend her enough. She has really helped me to go from an overwhelmed owner to really enjoying having a border collie in our lives. Tilly loves Elsa, and although we recognise training and socialisation is an ongoing journey, we have some really strong foundations to build on. Thank you Elsa.

Elsa is an experienced, calm, confident and patient positive reinforcement, and science-based training professional. She has been supporting us and working with Luca since January 2022. Luca is a Romanian rescue who arrived with us 2 years ago, we have no idea what he experienced in Romania, but his journey to us in the back of a van was long. The combination of general nervousness, pain from hip dysplasia, resulting in an inability to walk comfortably for months, lockdown, and being attacked while walking on the lead, sustaining a ruptured knee had led to him being reactive around other dogs, men, children, people in Hi-Vis jackets, bikes and even having his harness put on. It was challenging walking Luca and we spent a lot of time avoiding other dogs, people bikes etc. From day 1 Elsa worked on building a good relationship with him and showed us how to strengthen our bond with him.Elsa doesn’t just walk your dog, she works on their mental and physical health advising on ways to stimulate your dog mentally, natural remedies to help calm and relieve pain and feeding regimes to improve your dog's quality of life in all ways. We did the Reactive Rebells course with Elsa twice, it was incredibly beneficial and great to be around other owners that were having similar experiences. Every week Elsa covered aspects that would help us ‘in the real world’, and gave us homework to reinforce what we had practised during the class, including going to the pub with our dog! We have seen a remarkable improvement in Luca’s behaviour and the way in which we interact with him. He still isn’t keen on bikes, but people I meet now on walks, don’t believe that he was ever ‘a reactive dog.’ He’s even learned how to make friends, sniff around, relax and just be a dog. We have had so many highlights in our time training with Elsa, and we are not done yet. This week alone Luca has made new dog friends, walked off the lead through fields and woodland, shown great recall and ignored a bike. Thank you so much Elsa!

Elsa is absolutely devoted not only to her own dogs, but to all those in her care for daily dog walking, one-to-one or group training classes. Her aim is to enrich the dogs' lives, and remedy any behavioural issues through training - progressing at a pace which suits individual dogs' needs and character, and explaining why dogs react as they do. We've been attending her Reactive Rebel training classes with our rescue dog Blitz, and have really enjoyed them, particularly as it's a very supportive, non-judgemental environment with other friendly people who have reactive dogs and therefore understand how difficult it can be

Elsa has been working with Maple for 6 weeks and we have already seen such a difference - Maple is not an easy dog but Elsa is calm and confident with her, and we are so grateful for all her help. I'm so glad we found Elsa!

I've been working with Elsa for just over a month now with my re-homed adult husky and have seen AMAZING improvements in his separation anxiety and reactivity. Having worked with a previous trainer and not seeing much development, I was a little sceptical my dog 'couldn't be trained' but after first meeting with Elsa, she gave me huge confidence with my dog and ability to train him (and myself!). We received a huge training plan which has been worth its weight in gold with training, enrichment ideas and explanations as to why my dog reacts the way he does which has really helped me to understand him a lot more. I can now walk him on the lead without extreme pulling, he's learning how to be around other dogs but most importantly we've built trust that allows him to feel safe. I cannot recommend Elsa enough; an incredible trainer who really, really understands dogs whilst explaining things super clear to their human counterparts . Thank you Elsa for all you've done for me and Bear. Looking forward to the Teenage class we have booked on for
